How to clean up a hacked database?

My files are clean, but I think the hackers injected malicious content or a spam user into my WordPress database. How can I find and remove this safely?

Hi Sanjay, cleaning a database can be tricky. A good starting point is to use phpMyAdmin to look for suspicious content in your `wp_posts` table (look for spammy links) and `wp_users` table (look for unauthorized admin users). Plugins like WordFence or Sucuri have database scanning features that can help identify malicious injections. Always take a database backup before making any manual changes.
