I found some strange files on my server and I think I've been hacked. I'm panicking a bit.

Hi Preeti, the first steps are crucial. 1) Change your SoftPanel Pro and database passwords immediately. 2) If you can, take a backup of the site in its current state for later analysis. 3) Contact our support team so we can temporarily suspend the site to prevent further damage or blacklisting. 4) Run the malware scanner in SoftPanel Pro to get an initial report.
