What are the correct FTP settings for FileZilla?

I'm trying to connect with FileZilla but I keep getting an error. What should I use for the Host, Port, Protocol, and Logon Type?

Hello Rohan. For a secure connection, please use the following settings in FileZilla: Protocol: SFTP - SSH File Transfer Protocol. Host: Your domain name or server IP. Port: 22 (this is the standard SSH port). Logon Type: Normal. User: Your SoftPanel Pro username. Password: Your SoftPanel Pro password. Using SFTP encrypts both your credentials and the data being transferred.
