I see the option to use SMS for 2FA. I've heard that using an authenticator app is more secure. What are the pros and cons?

Hi Suman, you are correct that an authenticator app (TOTP) is generally considered more secure than SMS. SMS can be vulnerable to SIM-swapping attacks. However, having SMS 2FA is still significantly better than having no 2FA at all. We offer both so you can choose the method you are most comfortable with, but we do recommend using an app like Google Authenticator or Authy if possible.
