My site is getting a lot of suspicious traffic. I see an "I'm Under Attack Mode" in Cloudflare. When should I use this, and what does it do?

Use this mode as a last resort when you are under a significant DDoS attack. It presents an interstitial page to every new visitor, where they must complete a quick JavaScript challenge to prove they are human. This can block most attack bots but will add a 5-second delay for legitimate visitors. Only turn it on when absolutely necessary and turn it off once the attack subsides.
